2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, 1 clove of garlic, red pepper, courgette, Bimi and other vegetables to taste.
- Heat the oil in a large wok over a medium heat. Add the chopped garlic and fry lightly.
- Add the chopped vegetables to taste and cook, stirring constantly, until it begins to brown.
- Then add the Bimi.
- Season the mixture with salt.
- Stir constantly until all the flavours are blended.
- Remove and serve.
