Bimi cream


1 tray of 200 grams of Bimi

150g of potatoes

100g of Leek

2 tablespoons of Virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon of salt

1 clove of garlic


In a casserole put to boil the Bimi, potatoes and leeks chopped for 10 minutes.

Then, with a mixer beat vegetables to a fine puree.

Season, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and chopped garlic clove.

We let boil 2 to 3 minutes and serve.

Presentation mode we recommend that you leave a couple of Bimi stalk on mash.
