Bimi crumbs and ham


250 grams of wheat bread crumbs.

1 tray of 200 grams of Bimi

Iberian ham

Extra virgin olive oil



Put the crumbs are moistened with water.

Allowed to stand 15 to 30 minutes. Reserve.

Meanwhile scald Bimi 3-4 minutes.

Then we put in a pan over Bimi and the crumbs.  Add olive oil and season.

It is important to stirring constantly going crumbs to go browning , over medium heat.

Finally we present it in different dishes with several slices of ham
