1 tray of 200 grams of Bimi
100 grams of Pak Choi
150 grams of mushrooms
20 grams of kikos
Extra virgin olive oil
In a skillet with oil we introduce the mushrooms and saute 3 to 4 minutes.
Then we introduce the sheets of Pak Choi and, when carrying other 3 minutes add the Bimi.
Cook from 3 to 4 minutes and add the chopped kikos.
Finally season with salt and pepper and serve.
This stir fry you can accompany with pesto sauce or yoghurt sauce.
