-200 grams of Bimi

Introduce ham slices in an iron and cook them round 1 minute on each side, reserve.
Wash Bimi stalks and cook them on the grill for 4 minutes.
Then start with the presentation: wrap the Bimi’s stems with the thin slices of Iberian ham
Serve them in a pan with a bed of pomegranate to give a touch of color.
