How it's grown

This designer vegetable is grown throughout Europe, especially in the fields of the UK and Spain. Bimi, the essence of broccoli, is planted in the same conditions as conventional broccoli and it has the same agronomic requirements. It only requires more careful handling than its larger parent.

The collection process is performed regularly, only a few florets per plant every 2 or 3 days. The florets are immediately cooled after collection and kept cold throughout the process, from packing and shipping to sale.

Keeping the product at optimum temperature preserves its nutritional and beneficial health properties. Bimi stays fresh from the field to your table.
