3 or 4 eggs
1 tray of Bimi
1. Peel, wash and cut the potatoes.
2. Once peeled the put them in a frying pan with oil and the doing this add until they are sautéed.
3. When the potatoes are almost ready add the bimi, stir and season with salt and pepper.
4. Beat 3 eggs and add to the mixture in the skillet.
5. Back and forth until brown.
