Red salad with Bimi


50 grams of lettuce red batavia

50 grams of lettuce lollo rosso

60 grams of Bimi

3 cherry tomatoes pear

25 grams of fresh goat cheese

10 grams of dehydrated onion chip

Exta virgin olive oil

Balsamic vinegar.




Introduce Bimi on a griddle and let it cook for 5 minutes.

Then let it cool 5 minutes.

Chopped the lettuce red batavia and the lettuce lollo rosso and insert it into a bowl.

Add the cherry tomatoes cut  and the cheese into cubes.

Add the Bimi and season according to taste.

To add a crunch sensation, add to onion mixture fried dehydrated.
