200 grams of Bimi

½ Butternut squash

½ Pack Choi

4 cherry tomatoes

Olive Oil



Cut the squash with technique julienne.

Introduce the squash in a pan with oil.

At the same time; cut the Pack Choi and add it to the pan.

Cut the stems of Bimi and add to the mix

Saute during 5 minutes.
