Ingredients:

450g Bimi, olive oil

Steps:

  1. Add 2 inches of water to a pan or steamer. When it is boiling, add the Bimi and cover.
  2. Cook for 4 minutes.
  3. Remove from the heat and drain in a colander.
  4. Leave to stand for 2 minutes.
  5. Season and serve.
