50g all-purpose flour, 50g cornflour, pinch of salt, 175ml cold water (carbonated water if possible), oil for frying and 400g BIMI.
- Heat the oil in the pan.
- Mix the two flours in a bowl with a pinch of salt.
- Make a well in the centre and add the cold water, mix until smooth.
- Flour the BIMI and cover with the mixture, then fry, remove and place on absorbent paper.
